Authority of Nevada Equal Rights Commission to adopt regulations relating to federal statutes
Known as the Nevada Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act
The act spans §§ 613–613 (97 sections).

The Nevada Equal Rights Commission may adopt regulations, consistent with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., setting forth:
1. The types of examinations which an employer may require; and
2. Any defenses which are available to an employer,
