§ 10. State liquor authority. There shall continue to be in the\nexecutive department an alcoholic beverage control division, the head of\nwhich shall be the state liquor authority which shall consist of three\nmembers, who shall be known as commissioners, all of whom shall be\ncitizens and residents of the state. The state alcoholic beverage\ncontrol board created and appointed pursuant to chapter one hundred\neighty of the laws of nineteen hundred thirty-three, as presently\nconstituted, shall continue in existence and hereafter shall be known\nand designated as the state liquor authority. The terms "state\nalcoholic beverage control board", "state board", "liquor authority", or\n"authority", wherever occurring in any of the provisions of this chapter\nor of any other law, or in any official books, records, instruments,\nrules or papers, shall hereafter mean and refer to the state liquor\nauthority provided for in this section.\n
§ 10. State liquor authority. The terms "state alcoholic beverage control\nboard", "state board", "liquor authority", or "authority", wherever\noccurring in any of the provisions of this chapter or of any other law,\nor in any official books, records, instruments, rules or papers, shall\nhereafter mean and refer to the state liquor authority provided for in\nthis section.\n
