§ 108. Restrictions upon licensees. No licensee except the holder of\na brewer's or distiller's license or a winery license shall keep or\npermit to be kept or consumed on the licensed premises any alcoholic\nbeverage except the alcoholic beverages which he is permitted to sell\nunder the terms of the license issued to him.\n
