* § 52. Brewer's retail license. 1. The liquor authority may in its\ndiscretion and upon such terms and conditions as it may by rule\nprescribe, issue to a licensed brewer upon his application therefor a\nlicense authorizing him to sell beer at retail to a person for\nconsumption in his home.\n 2. Such application shall be in writing and verified and shall contain\nsuch information as the liquor authority shall require. Such application\nshall be accompanied by a check or draft for the amount required by this\nsection for such license. If the liquor authority shall grant the\napplication it shall issue a license in such manner as shall be\ndetermined by its rules.\n 3. Such a license and the exercise of the privilege given thereunder\nmay be subjected by the liquor authority to such requirements and\nrestrictions as it may deem necessary to impose by rule.\n 4. For the exercise of the privilege granted by such license there is\nassessed a fee to be paid by the licensee in the sum of three hundred\nseventy-five dollars per year which license may be issued for\nsemi-annual periods and which fee shall be in addition to the fee\nprovided for in this article for a brewer's license.\n * NB Repealed December 13, 2014\n
