§ 434. Waiving of requirements authorized. The commissioner is hereby\nauthorized to waive the requirements established pursuant to this\narticle during a disaster emergency, provided that an official\ndeclaration of such disaster emergency has been made by the governor or\nhis or her delegated state official pursuant to section twenty-eight of\nthe executive law.\n
