§ 50-f. Definitions and standards of identity. As used in this section\nthe terms "melloream" or "a vegetable oil blend" mean any substance,\nmixture or compound regardless of the name by which it is represented,\nwhich contains vegetable fats or oils and proteins derived from animal\nor vegetable sources, and whose appearance, odor and taste is similar to\ncream, half and half, milk or a mixture of milk and cream, to the point\nof rendering these products difficult to differentiate from each other.\n
