§ 514. Industrial hemp workgroup. The commissioner shall appoint a New\nYork state industrial hemp workgroup, composed of researchers,\nproducers, processors and manufacturers, serving two-year terms, to make\nrecommendations concerning research topics for the industrial hemp\nresearch pilot program, state and federal policies and policy\ninitiatives, and opportunities for the promotion and marketing of\nindustrial hemp as consistent with federal and state laws, rules and\nregulations, which workgroup shall continue for such time as the\ncommissioner deems appropriate.\n
§ 514. Records. Every licensee shall keep, in such form as the\ncommissioner may direct, such records as may be required pursuant to\nrules and regulations promulgated pursuant to this article.\n
