§ 96-z-2. Application and fees. Application for a license to operate\na disposal plant or transportation service, upon a form prescribed by\nthe commissioner, shall be made on or before September first in each\nyear for the license year beginning October first following. The\napplicant shall satisfy the commissioner of his character and that he\nhas adequate physical facilities for the operation of a disposal plant\nor transportation service. If so satisfied, the commissioner shall upon\npayment of the license fee issue to the applicant a license which shall\nbe non-transferable. The annual license fee for a disposal plant shall\nbe one hundred dollars, plus an inspection fee of ten dollars for each\nvehicle. The annual license fee for a transportation service shall be\ntwenty-five dollars, plus an inspection fee of ten dollars for each\nvehicle.\n
§ 96-z-2. Application. Application for a license to operate a disposal\nplant or transportation service shall be made upon a form prescribed by\nthe commissioner. The applicant shall satisfy the commissioner of his or\nher character and that he or she has adequate physical facilities for\nthe operation of a disposal plant or transportation service. If so\nsatisfied, the commissioner shall issue to the applicant a\nnon-transferable license which will expire on the thirtieth day of\nSeptember of the next even numbered year following its issuance.\nApplication for renewal of such license for a period of two years shall\nbe made biennially upon a form prescribed by the commissioner and\nsubmitted no later than thirty days prior to the expiration of the\nexisting license.\n
