N.Y. Economic Development Law § 181-f

§ 181-f. Definitions. For the purposes of this article the following\nterms shall have the following meanings:\n 1. "Senior" shall mean persons of at least sixty years or older;\n 2. "Senior tourism attraction" shall mean a tourism attraction as\nidentified by a participatory organization that specifies opportunities\nfor seniors.\n
