§ 106. Federal aid. Any state party to this compact may accept federal\naid for use in connection with any institution or program, the use of\nwhich is or may be affected by this compact or any contract pursuant\nhereto and any inmate in a receiving state pursuant to this compact may\nparticipate in any such federally aided program or activity for which\nthe sending and receiving states have made contractual provision,\nprovided that if such program or activity is not part of the customary\ncorrectional regimen, the express consent of the appropriate official of\nthe sending state shall be required therefor.\n
§ 106. Federal aid. Any state party to this compact may accept federal\naid for use in connection with any institution or program, the use of\nwhich is or may be affected by this compact or any contract pursuant\nhereto and any incarcerated individual in a receiving state pursuant to\nthis compact may participate in any such federally aided program or\nactivity for which the sending and receiving states have made\ncontractual provision, provided that if such program or activity is not\npart of the customary correctional regimen, the express consent of the\nappropriate official of the sending state shall be required therefor.\n
