§ 114. Rehabilitation programs for women; to be commensurate to those\nafforded men. In any state correctional facility in which women are\ndetained it shall be the duty of the warden or the chief administrative\nofficer of such facility to assure that such women be provided\nequivalent programs of rehabilitation, including but not limited to\nvocational, academic and industrial programs, within the appropriation\nmade therefor, as are provided to male inmates of correctional\nfacilities elsewhere in the state.\n
§ 114. Rehabilitation programs for women; to be commensurate to those\nafforded men. It shall be the duty of the commissioner to assure an\narray of rehabilitation programs are provided among the correctional\nfacilities in which female incarcerated individuals are confined, within\nthe appropriations made therefor, including but not limited to\nvocational, academic and industrial programs, which are comparable to\nthe programs provided to male incarcerated individuals during the course\nof their incarceration.\n
