§ 130. Custody of inmate sentenced to death and commuted by governor.\nThe commissioner shall designate appropriate correctional facilities to\nreceive, on the order of the governor, any person convicted of any crime\npunishable by death, or who shall be pardoned, on condition of being\nconfined either for life or a term of years in a correctional facility,\nand such person shall be confined according to the terms of such\ncondition.\n
§ 130. Custody of incarcerated individual sentenced to death and\ncommuted by governor. The commissioner shall designate appropriate\ncorrectional facilities to receive, on the order of the governor, any\nperson convicted of any crime punishable by death, or who shall be\npardoned, on condition of being confined either for life or a term of\nyears in a correctional facility, and such person shall be confined\naccording to the terms of such condition.\n
