§ 141. Contagious disease in facility. In case any pestilence or\ncontagious disease shall break out among the inmates in any of the\ncorrectional facilities, or in the vicinity of such facilities, the\ncommissioner of correction may cause the inmates confined in such\nfacility, or any of them, to be removed to some suitable place of\nsecurity, where such of them as may be sick shall receive all necessary\ncare and medical assistance; such inmates shall be returned as soon as\nmay be feasible to the facility from which they were taken, to be\nconfined therein according to their respective sentences.\n
§ 141. Contagious disease in facility. In case any pestilence or\ncontagious disease shall break out among the incarcerated individuals in\nany of the correctional facilities, or in the vicinity of such\nfacilities, the commissioner of correction may cause the incarcerated\nindividuals confined in such facility, or any of them, to be removed to\nsome suitable place of security, where such of them as may be sick shall\nreceive all necessary care and medical assistance; such incarcerated\nindividuals shall be returned as soon as may be feasible to the facility\nfrom which they were taken, to be confined therein according to their\nrespective sentences.\n
