§ 403. Department or superintendent to provide certain records. The\ndepartment or superintendent shall furnish to the department of mental\nhygiene a copy of the health and psychiatric records and a sentence\ncalculation for each inmate placed in a hospital. The sentence\ncalculation shall include the maximum expiration date and tentative\nconditional release date and the parole eligibility or release\nconsideration hearing date. Such records shall be furnished to the\ndirector of the hospital upon delivery of the inmate.\n
