§ 605-a. Transportation of female inmates. Whenever any female inmate\nis conveyed to an institution under the jurisdiction of the state\ndepartment of corrections and community supervision pursuant to sentence\nor commitment, such female inmate shall be accompanied by at least one\nfemale officer.\n
§ 605-a. Transportation of female incarcerated individuals. Whenever\nany female incarcerated individual is conveyed to an institution under\nthe jurisdiction of the state department of corrections and community\nsupervision pursuant to sentence or commitment, such female incarcerated\nindividual shall be accompanied by at least one female officer.\n
