§ 625. Feminine hygiene products. Feminine hygiene products,\nincluding, but not limited to, sanitary napkins, tampons and panty\nliners, shall be provided at no cost to individuals housed in state and\nlocal correctional facilities used for the general confinement of female\ninmates and in any other state or local facility where women are\ndetained or confined by law enforcement agencies.\n
§ 625. Menstrual products. Menstrual products, including, but not\nlimited to, pads, tampons and panty liners, shall be provided at no cost\nto individuals housed in state and local correctional facilities used\nfor the general confinement of incarcerated individuals and in any other\nstate or local facility where individuals are detained or confined by\nlaw enforcement agencies.\n
