* § 78. Discharge plans. The department, in consultation with the\noffice of children and family services, shall provide discharge plans\nfor juvenile offenders and adolescent offenders who are released to\nparole or post-release supervision, which are tailored to address their\nindividual needs. Such plans shall include services designed to promote\npublic safety and the successful and productive reentry of such\nadolescents into society.\n * NB Effective October 1, 2018; see ch. 59/2017 Pt. § 78. Discharge plans.
