§ 89-d. Transportation. The state of New York shall have no\nresponsibility, financial or otherwise, for transporting inmates between\na New York city local correctional facility and an alternate\ncorrectional facility, regardless of the reason for such transfer. The\ncity of New York shall be responsible for all such costs, as well as the\nactual transportation and supervision of inmates during transport.\n
§ 89-d. Transportation.
