§ 100.60 Youth part of the superior court accusatory instruments; in\n what courts filed.\n Any youth part of the superior court accusatory instrument may be\nfiled with the youth part of the superior court of a particular county\nwhen an offense charged therein was allegedly committed in such county\nor that part thereof over which such court has jurisdiction.\n
