Distribution of recovery in favor of party with insufficient means to pay costs, fees, and expenses

§ 1103. Distribution of recovery in favor of poor person. Any recovery\nby judgment or by settlement had in favor of a poor person, shall be\npaid to the clerk of the court in which the order permitting the person\nto proceed as a poor person was entered, to await distribution pursuant\nto court order.\n
§ 1103. Distribution of recovery in favor of party with insufficient\nmeans to pay costs, fees, and expenses. Where a court grants a motion\npursuant to subdivision (a) of section one thousand one hundred one of\nthis article, recovery by judgment or by settlement had in favor of the\nmoving party shall be paid to the clerk of the court in which the order\ndetermining the motion was entered, to await distribution pursuant to\ncourt order.\n
