§ 5306. Stay in case of appeal. If the defendant satisfies the court\neither that an appeal is pending or that he is entitled and intends to\nappeal from the foreign country judgment, the court may stay the\nproceedings until the appeal has been determined or until the expiration\nof a period of time sufficient to enable the defendant to prosecute the\nappeal.\n
§ 5306. Stay of a proceeding pending appeal of a foreign country\njudgment. If a party establishes that an appeal from a foreign country\njudgment is pending or will be taken, the court may stay any proceeding\nwith regard to the foreign country judgment until the appeal is\nconcluded, the time for appeal expires, or the appellant has had\nsufficient time to prosecute the appeal and has failed to do so.\n
