* § 101. When to take effect. This chapter shall take effect\nimmediately.\n * NB Effective until June 26, 2026\n * § 101. Face coverings prohibited. 1. A law enforcement officer shall\nnot wear any face covering that conceals, disguises, or obscures their\nfacial identity while interacting with the public in the performance of\ntheir duties, except as authorized by this article.\n 2. Any person who willfully violates this section shall for a first\noffense be guilty of a violation and each subsequent offense shall be\nguilty of a misdemeanor.\n * NB Effective June 26, 2026\n
