§ 2613. Absentee, early mail, and military ballots. The board of\neducation of each city school district to which this article applies\nshall provide for absentee ballots in accordance with the provisions of\nsection two thousand eighteen-a of this title, early mail ballots in\naccordance with the provisions of section two thousand eighteen-e of\nthis title, and military ballots in accordance with section two thousand\neighteen-d of this title.\n
