§ 409-l. Posting child abuse hotline telephone number. 1. Every public\nschool including charter schools shall post in English and in Spanish\nthe toll-free telephone number operated by the office of children and\nfamily services to receive reports of child abuse or neglect established\nunder section four hundred twenty-two of the social services law and\ndirections for accessing the office of children and family services\nwebsite.\n 2. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations relating to the\nposting required by subdivision one of this section.\n
