* § 15-100. Application of article. This article applies to all\ngeneral and special village elections for officers and all the\nprovisions of this chapter, not inconsistent with this article, shall\napply to all village elections, except that if a village has adopted a\nresolution pursuant to paragraph c of subdivision one of section 15-104\nof this article, the other provisions of this chapter governing the\nconduct of elections and proceedings relating thereto, including the\nmanner and times for making nominations and proceedings relating to\nabsentee voting, and the provisions of this article not inconsistent\nwith other provisions of this chapter shall apply to such elections.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2024\n * § 15-100.
