§ 7-110. Ballots; form for ballot proposals. Ballot proposals shall\nappear on the voting machine or ballot in a separate section. At the\nleft of, or below or above, each proposal shall appear two voting levers\nor two voting squares, each at least one-half inch square. Next to the\nfirst lever or square shall be printed the word "Yes," and next to the\nsecond lever or square shall be printed the word "No." The proposals\nshall be numbered consecutively on the voting machine or ballot. The\nnumber of each proposal shall appear in front of its designation as an\namendment, proposition or question in the following form: "Proposal\none, an amendment; proposal two, a proposition; proposal three, a\nquestion".\n

At the left of, or below or above, each\nproposal shall appear two voting positions. Next to the first voting\nposition shall be printed the word "Yes," and next to the second voting\nposition shall be printed the word "No." The proposals shall be numbered\nconsecutively on the ballot. The number of each proposal shall appear in\nfront of its designation as an amendment, proposition or question in the\nfollowing form: "Proposal one, an amendment; proposal two, a\nproposition; proposal three, a question". If the ballot proposal section\nappears on the ballot face opposite the candidates, a ballot instruction\nin a format provided by the state board of elections, which may include\na graphic arrow, shall indicate the ballot is two-sided.\n
