§ 13-0327. Scallops.\n The department may, until December thirty-first, two thousand\neighteen, adopt by regulation measures for the management of scallops\n(Family Pectinidae) including size limits, catch and possession limits,\nopen and closed seasons, closed areas, restrictions on the manner of\ntaking and landing, requirements for permits and eligibility therefor,\nrecordkeeping and identification requirements, requirements on the\namount and type of fishing effort and gear, and requirements relating to\ntransportation, possession and sale, provided that such regulations are\nno less restrictive than requirements set forth in this chapter.\n
§ 13-0327. Scallops.\n The department may, until December thirty-first, two thousand\ntwenty-seven, adopt by regulation measures for the management of\nscallops (Family Pectinidae) including size limits, catch and possession\nlimits, open and closed seasons, closed areas, restrictions on the\nmanner of taking and landing, requirements for permits and eligibility\ntherefor, recordkeeping and identification requirements, requirements on\nthe amount and type of fishing effort and gear, and requirements\nrelating to transportation, possession and sale, provided that such\nregulations are no less restrictive than requirements set forth in this\nchapter.\n
