* § 27-2709. Department responsibility.\n 1. The department shall develop educational materials to encourage the\nreduction, reuse and recycling of plastic carryout bags and shall make\nthose materials available to stores required to comply with this\narticle.\n 2. The department shall provide information regarding the availability\nof recycling facilities and companies that recycle plastic bags,\nincluding the addresses and phone numbers of such facilities and\ncompanies to stores required to comply with this article.\n * NB Effective until March 1, 2015\n* § 27-2709.
