§ 27-3101. Waste tracking documents.\n 1. All generators in a city with a population of one million or more\nthat generate construction and demolition debris, as defined in section\n71-2702 of this chapter, shall provide waste transporters with a waste\ntracking document for each construction and demolition debris shipment,\nin a form prescribed or approved by the department, specifying the\nquantity and type of construction and demolition debris, and signed and\ndated by an authorized representative of the generator and with a\ncertification in a form prescribed by the department, which shall\ncontain a certification by the generator that the information therein is\ntrue, accurate and complete.\n 2. All transporters of construction and demolition debris generated in\na city with a population of one million or more shall:\n (a) not accept a shipment of debris that does not match the quantity\nor type listed on the debris tracking document;\n (b) have the debris tracking document signed by the receiving location\nor facility upon delivery of the solid debris and provide a copy of the\ntracking document to the receiving location or facility.\n 3. Failure to maintain such tracking documents is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
