Small plastic bottle hospitality personal care products.\n Effective January first, two thousand twenty-four for all hotels with\nfifty rooms or more and January first, two thousand twenty-five for all\nhotels with less than fifty rooms, a hotel shall not provide any small\nplastic bottle containing a hospitality personal care product.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2024\n
§ 27-3203.
