§ 33-0705. Fee for registration.\n The applicant for registration shall pay a fee as follows:\n a. On or before July 1, 2017, six hundred dollars for each pesticide\nproposed to be registered, provided that the applicant has submitted to\nthe department proof in the form of a federal income tax return for the\nprevious year showing gross annual sales, for federal income tax\npurposes, of three million five hundred thousand dollars or less;\n b. On or before July 1, 2017, for all others, six hundred twenty\ndollars for each pesticide proposed to be registered;\n c. After July 1, 2017, fifty dollars for each pesticide proposed to be\nregistered.\n
§ 33-0705. Fee for registration.\n The applicant for registration shall pay a fee as follows:\n a. Six hundred dollars for each pesticide proposed to be registered,\nprovided that the applicant has submitted to the department proof in the\nform of a federal income tax return for the previous year showing gross\nannual sales, for federal income tax purposes, of three million five\nhundred thousand dollars or less; and\n b. For all others, six hundred twenty dollars for each pesticide\nproposed to be registered.\n
