N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 42-0111

* § 42-0111. Appropriations by municipalities.\n To effectuate the purposes of this article, the local legislative\nbodies of the towns, villages and city within the reserve and the\ncounties of Saratoga and Washington may appropriate and pay over to the\npartnership moneys to be expended by the partnership to carry out its\nfunctions thereunder.\n * NB Effective until notification of receipt by the commissioner of\nenvironmental conservation\n* § 42-0111.
