§ 56-0501. Allocation of moneys. Of the moneys received by the state\nfrom the sale of bonds pursuant to the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of\n1996, two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) shall be available for\ndisbursements for environmental restoration projects.\n

Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant\nto the Clean Water/Clean Air Bond Act of 1996, two hundred million\ndollars ($200,000,000) shall be available for disbursements for\nenvironmental restoration projects.\n 2. Beginning in state fiscal year two thousand fifteen--two thousand\nsixteen, environmental restoration projects may be funded using the\nproceeds of bonds issued pursuant to section twelve hundred\neighty-five-q of the public authorities law provided that funding for\nsuch projects shall conform to the limitations provided in subdivision\none of such section.\n
