* § 58-0103. Allocation of moneys.\n The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe environmental bond act of 2022 shall be disbursed in the following\namounts pursuant to appropriations as specifically provided for in\ntitles three, five, seven, and nine of this article:\n 1. Not less than one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) for restoration\nand flood risk reduction as set forth in title three of this article.\n 2. Up to five hundred fifty million dollars ($550,000,000) for open\nspace land conservation and recreation as set forth in title five of\nthis article.\n 3. Up to seven hundred million dollars ($700,000,000) for climate\nchange mitigation as set forth in title seven of this article.\n 4. Not less than five hundred fifty million dollars ($550,000,000) for\nwater quality improvement and resilient infrastructure as set forth in\ntitle nine of this article.\n * NB Takes effect only if section 1 of part TT of chapter 59 of the\nlaws of 2021 enacting the environmental bond act of 2022 "restore mother\nnature" is submitted to the people at the general election to be held in\nNovember 2022 and is approved by the majority of votes\n
§ 58-0103. Allocation of moneys.\n The moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe environmental bond act of 2022 shall be disbursed in the following\namounts pursuant to appropriations as specifically provided for in\ntitles three, five, seven, and nine of this article:\n 1. Not less than one billion one hundred million dollars\n($1,100,000,000) for restoration and flood risk reduction as set forth\nin title three of this article.\n 2. Up to six hundred fifty million dollars ($650,000,000) for open\nspace land conservation and recreation as set forth in title five of\nthis article.\n 3. Up to one billion five hundred million dollars ($1,500,000,000) for\nclimate change mitigation as set forth in title seven of this article.\n 4. Not less than six hundred fifty million dollars ($650,000,000) for\nwater quality improvement and resilient infrastructure as set forth in\ntitle nine of this article.\n
