* § 58-0701. Allocation of moneys.\n Of the moneys received by the state from the sale of bonds pursuant to\nthe environmental bond act of 2022, up to one billion five hundred\nmillion dollars ($1,500,000,000) shall be made available for\ndisbursements for climate change mitigation projects developed pursuant\nto section 58-0703 of this title. Not less than four hundred million\ndollars ($400,000,000) of this amount shall be available for green\nbuildings projects, not less than one hundred million dollars\n($100,000,000) for climate adaptation and mitigation projects pursuant\nto paragraph c of subdivision one of section 58-0703 of this title, not\nless than two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) shall be available\nfor disbursement to reduce or eliminate water pollution or air pollution\naffecting disadvantaged communities pursuant to paragraphs f and g of\nsubdivision one of section 58-0703 of this title, and not less than five\nhundred million dollars ($500,000,000) for costs associated with the\npurchase of or conversion to zero emission school buses and supporting\ninfrastructure as set forth in paragraph h of subdivision one of section\n58-0703 of this title.\n * NB Takes effect only if section 1 of part TT of chapter 59 of the\nlaws of 2021 enacting the "clean water, clean air, and green jobs\nenvironmental bond act of 2022" is submitted to the people at the\ngeneral election to be held in November 2022 and is approved by the\nmajority of votes\n
