§ 71-2305. Enforcement.\n 1. The attorney general, upon his own initiative or upon complaint of\nthe commissioner or local government, shall prosecute persons alleged to\nhave violated any such order of the commissioner or local government\npursuant to article twenty-four.\n 2. The commissioner or local government shall have the right to seek\nequitable relief to restrain any violation or threatened violation of\nany provisions of article twenty-four.\n 3. In exercising its authority pursuant to title eight of article\ntwenty-four of this chapter, the Adirondack park agency shall have\nauthority to exercise the powers of the commissioner to enforce article\ntwenty-four set forth in this title; provided, however, that nothing\nherein contained shall empower the agency to exercise the powers granted\nthe commissioner by section 71-0525 of this article.\n
