State tribunal and state support enforcement agencies.\n(a) The family court is the tribunal of this state.\n (b) The office of temporary and disability assistance and/or a social\nservices district as defined in subdivision seven of section two of the\nsocial services law are the support enforcement agencies of this state.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2016\n
§ 580-103. State tribunal and state support enforcement agencies. (a)\nThe family court is the tribunal of this state.\n (b) The office of temporary and disability assistance and/or a social\nservices district as defined in subdivision seven of section two of the\nsocial services law are the support enforcement agencies of this state.\n
