* § 580-303. Application of law of state. Except as otherwise provided\nby this article, a responding tribunal of this state:\n (1) shall apply the procedural and substantive law, including the\nrules on choice of law, generally applicable to similar proceedings\noriginating in this state and may exercise all powers and provide all\nremedies available in those proceedings; and\n (2) shall determine the duty of support and the amount payable in\naccordance with the law and support guidelines of this state.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2016\n * § 580-303.
