* § 580-306. Inappropriate tribunal. If a petition or comparable\npleading is received by an inappropriate tribunal of this state, it\nshall forward the pleading and accompanying documents to an appropriate\ntribunal in this state or another state and notify the petitioner where\nand when the pleading was sent.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2016\n * § 580-306. Inappropriate tribunal.
