N.Y. Fam. Ct. Act § 580-312

* § 580-312. Nondisclosure of information in exceptional\ncircumstances. Upon a finding, which may be made ex parte, that the\nhealth, safety, or liberty of a party or child would be unreasonably put\nat risk by the disclosure of identifying information, or if an existing\norder so provides, a tribunal shall order that the address of the child\nor party or other identifying information not be disclosed in a pleading\nor other document filed in a proceeding under this article.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2016\n * § 580-312. Nondisclosure of information in exceptional\ncircumstances. If a party alleges in an affidavit or a pleading under\noath that the health, safety or liberty of a party or child would be\njeopardized by disclosure of specific identifying information, that\ninformation must be sealed and may not be disclosed to the other party\nor the public. After a hearing in which a tribunal takes into\nconsideration the health, safety or liberty of the party or child, the\ntribunal may order disclosure of information that the tribunal\ndetermines to be in the interest of justice.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2016\n
