* § 580-318. Assistance with discovery. A tribunal of this state may:\n (1) request a tribunal of another state to assist in obtaining\ndiscovery; and\n (2) upon request, compel a person over whom it has jurisdiction to\nrespond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal of another state.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2016\n * § 580-318. Assistance with discovery. A tribunal of this state may:\n 1. request a tribunal outside this state to assist in obtaining\ndiscovery; and\n 2. upon request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to\nrespond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this state.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2016\n
