* § 580-903. Severability clause. If any provision of this article or\nits application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the\ninvalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this\narticle which can be given effect without the invalid provision or\napplication, and to this end the provisions of this article are\nseverable.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2016\n * § 580-903. Effective date. This article shall take effect on January\nfirst, two thousand sixteen; provided, however, that if it shall become\na law after January first, two thousand sixteen, it shall be deemed to\nhave been in full force and effect on and after January first, two\nthousand sixteen; and provided further, that the provisions of this\narticle shall apply to any action or proceeding filed or order issued on\nor before the effective date of this article.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2016\n
