* § 581-605. Counseling. A person acting as surrogate has the right to\nobtain a comprehensive health insurance policy that covers behavioral\nhealth care and will cover the cost of psychological counseling to\naddress issues resulting from their participation in a surrogacy and\nsuch policy shall be paid for by the intended parent or parents.\n * NB Effective February 15, 2021\n
§ 581-605. Counseling.
