* § 581-607. Termination of surrogacy agreement. A person acting as\nsurrogate has the right to terminate a surrogacy agreement prior to\nbecoming pregnant by means of assisted reproduction pursuant to section\n581-405 of this article.\n * NB Effective February 15, 2021\n
