§ 773. Petition for transfer for incorrigibility. Any institution,\nsociety or agency in which a person was placed under section seven\nhundred fifty-six may petition to the court which made the order of\nplacement for transfer of that person to a society or agency, governed\nor controlled by persons of the same religious faith or persuasion as\nthat of the child, where practicable, or, if not practicable, to some\nother suitable institution, or to some other suitable institution on the\nground that such person\n (a) is incorrigible and that his or her presence is seriously\ndetrimental to the welfare of the applicant institution, society, agency\nor other persons in its care, or\n (b) after placement by the court was released on parole or probation\nfrom such institution, society or agency and a term or condition of the\nrelease was willfully violated. The petition shall be verified by an\nofficer of the applicant institution, society or agency and shall\nspecify the act or acts bringing the person within this section.\n
§ 773. Petition for transfer. Any institution, society or agency in\nwhich a person was placed under section seven hundred fifty-six of this\narticle may petition to the court which made the order of placement for\ntransfer of that person to a society or agency, governed or controlled\nby persons of the same religious faith or persuasion as that of the\nchild, where practicable, or, if not practicable, to some other suitable\ninstitution, or to some other suitable institution on the ground that\n (a) the presence of such person is seriously detrimental to the\nwelfare of the applicant institution, society, agency or other persons\nin its care, or\n (b) after placement by the court, such person was released on parole\nor probation from such institution, society or agency and a term or\ncondition of the release was willfully violated. The petition shall be\nverified by an officer of the applicant institution, society or agency\nand shall specify the act or acts bringing the person within this\nsection.\n
