Failure to comply with terms and conditions of suspended judgment

* § 776. Failure to comply with terms and conditions of suspended\njudgment. If a respondent is brought before the court for failure to\ncomply with reasonable terms and conditions of a suspended judgment\nissued under this article and if, after hearing, the court is satisfied\nby competent proof that the respondent failed to comply with such terms\nand conditions, the court may revoke the suspension of judgment and\nproceed to make any order that might have been made at the time judgment\nwas suspended.\n * NB Effective until February 18, 2016\n * § 776. Failure to comply with terms and conditions of suspended\njudgment. A respondent brought before the court for failure to comply\nwith reasonable terms and conditions of an order of suspended judgment\nshall be subject to section seven hundred seventy-nine-a of this part.\nIf, after hearing, the court determines by competent proof that the\nrespondent without just cause failed to comply with such terms and\nconditions, the court may adjourn the matter for a new dispositional\nhearing in accordance with subdivision (b) or (c) of section seven\nhundred forty-nine of this article. The court may revoke the order of\nsuspended judgment and proceed to make any order that might have been\nmade at the time judgment was suspended.\n * NB Effective February 18, 2016\n
§ 776. Failure to comply with terms and conditions of suspended\njudgment.
