§ 1004. Jurisdiction of the commission. 1. The commission shall have\nand is hereby vested with the sole direction, management, control and\njurisdiction over: (a) all authorized combative sports;\n (b) all licenses or permits granted by the commission to any and all\npersons or entities who participate in authorized combative sports;\n (c) all determinations regarding the authorization of amateur and\nprofessional sanctioning entities;\n (d) all gyms, clubs, training camps and other organizations that\nmaintain training facilities to prepare persons for participation in\nauthorized professional combative sports;\n (e) the promotion of professional wrestling exhibitions to the extent\nprovided for in this article; and\n (f) all contracts directly related to the conduct of authorized\nprofessional combative sports in the state of New York.\n (g) All disclosures to the commission shall be deemed confidential.\n 2. The commission shall have and is hereby vested with jurisdiction\nover the promotion and expansion of the game of cricket in the state of\nNew York.\n
