* § 1104. Application. This article shall not apply to a social media\ncompany that generated less than one hundred million dollars in gross\nrevenue during the preceding calendar year or to an internet-based\nservice or application for which interactions between users are limited\nto direct messages, commercial transactions, consumer reviews of\nproducts, sellers, services, events, or places, or any combination\nthereof.\n * NB Effective June 19, 2025\n
