* § 1423. Duties and obligations. The duties and obligations imposed\nby this article are cumulative with any other duties or obligations\nimposed under other law and shall not be construed to relieve any party\nfrom any duties or obligations imposed under other law and do not limit\nany rights or remedies under existing law.\n * NB Effective March 19, 2026\n

* § 1423. Loss of equity. The loss of value of equity shall not count\nas damage to or loss of property for the purposes of this article.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2027\n
