The duties and obligations imposed\nby this article are cumulative with any other duties or obligations\nimposed under other law and shall not be construed to relieve any party\nfrom any other duties or obligations imposed under other law and do not\nlimit any rights or remedies under existing law.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2027\n
